Ok.. early in morning, i have to report at 8.20 in school library as i'm involved in leading the RPC scholars around YJC. As usual, i was late for the meeting. After some briefing, we have to get prepared to welcome the china scholars to YJC~~ weLL, i am an OGL of Peng Lei and Sun Guan nan. One girl one boy. Well... i shouldnt call them girl and boy... haha~ should call them Jie Jie and Ge Ge.. ( big sis and big bro). Peng lei is a girl of my sizE, cutE, long hair and wear specS.. she's 19. I started the conversation off with her, had a chaT before asking her who is guan nan. She brought me to meet guan nan, GOOosh.. HE'S SO TALL!! But we didnt talk much to each other, i dont even know how to start a conversation with him!!!
Anyway, after recognising my buddies, everyone has to go to the foyer and have ice breaking gameS, and my group losT. We took Benjamin's ( the vice president of counsiloR) suggestion and dance Macarina~ ( is that how u spell it?) As a return, the winner group gave us a cheer where they are winners and we are loser~ *soB sob*
Afterwhich, we went for snack break, where we have drinks, chips, cakes, muffin and super hard chocolate tartS. Had a small chat with the girls and realised that they have been in singapore for 1 yeaR!! and they went to OBS too!! Suddenly realised that guan nan is always alone and didnt talk much with his fellow friends, so i went up to him and start a conversation ( well, it's my joB, and it's gd to have more friends too~ ^_^) started off with a stupid question...
me: guannan??
*guannan respond by looking at me*
me: eH.. how old are you??
guannan: 21
me: woA!! (got a big shock.. he looks 19) Then how tall are you?
guannan: 1.85m
me: WOA!!! ( almost fainT from shocK.. for ur info, i'm only 1.58m)
well... he lean on the railing where he dont look so tall when i asked those questions, but when he straightened up and talk to me, i was like... -_-" I'M A DWARF!! well, we continue to talk and jess, wei ze joined us, had a fun talk~ but got to know then that he dont quite like talking. Well, I will faint if i dont talk!! eH.. morE like diE~ hahA!!
I did what i was supposed to do, lead them around, talk to them, walk with them to MRT station and bus interchange, but most importantly, I MAKE NEW FRIENDS!! ^_^ and they will be staying in yjc for 3 months with us~!! sO happY~ exchanged hp no. with my two buddies, hope they will continue to be my friends even if they go ntu after 3 months in yjC~ ^_^ But i was quite surprised about myself, that i have a sudden courage to talk to them, especially to guys. I remember in my class 115, i took 1 month to really talk and chat with the boys in my class. I'm so brave today!! ^_^ But that stupid cow-seller (counsilor) benjamin... gave me a nickname of "trouble-maker" just 'cause i always cause a "little" more job for him.. haha~
